Cash and Check with ID only.Everything sold as is where is. All Sales are final. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGER ITEMS. We are not responsible for loss or accidents while on premises.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN DRIVEWAY. Driveway for large pickup only. Do not park on Loggers Trail. It’s Private!! Whippoorwill Dr. Is across the street for parking.
Official sign up sheet will be available Thursday evening at 7pm. Sign up sheet will be available at the side garage door. Please be respectful to the family still living in the home. Also, remember this is January in Michigan there will be ice in the drive.
We will not be handing out numbers. Due to the colder temps we will open the garage at 8:30 for you to shop. Then at 9am entry into the main house will be by the sign up sheet.
Due to potential snowy weather shoe coverings will be provided at entry. Thank you for your cooperation.
