We have a SIGN-UP SHEET to keep our sales fair.
Our sign-up sheet will go out the evening before the start of our sales. You can sign up on that sheet to reserve your place in line, BUT YOU MUST STAY ON THE PREMISES AFTER SIGNING UP! ***Just COME AS EARLY as YOU ARE WILLING to WAIT**** Yes that means even if you have to sleep in your car..If you sign up and leave, the next person in line may cross your name off the list. The point of the list is to ensure that you can get your place in line based on how early you are willing to arrive, and then return to your vehicle to wait until numbers are handed out in the morning. If we don't have a list, you will just have to physically wait in line, rain or shine. The list allows you to sign up and then wait in your vehicle, away from the elements. But the second you leave the premises, you forfeit your place in line. We have been using this method for decades, and the consensus among our regular customers is that it works well for everyone, near or far.
It's simple: Just come when you are willing to wait until numbers are handed out at 8am on sale day.

Payment options include Venmo, Cash, and major credit cards (VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express). There is no surcharge for using a credit card. We only accept local checks from established customers. Thank you. NO EARLY SALES. Everything sold first-come, first-served.
