Estate Sale

Sign-up sheet will be available at 8 am on days of sale, doors open at 9am. On Saturday doors will be closed between Noon and 1pm to prepare for half off sale.
You MUST be present at 9am or you will be skipped and put at the bottom of list. We reserve the right to limit the number of people inside the house at any one time, therefore please dress accordingly and be prepared to wait outside.
We accept CASH only, no exceptions. No refunds or exchanges.
You must bring help for moving larger items. We do not move or assist on the moving of items., All items must be removed by the end of the sale at 4pm Saturday
We do not respond to price inquiries prior to the sale.
No pre-sales. All sales are final. All items sold as is, where is. No holds and no refunds after items are sold.
You are entering the sale at your own risk -- the homeowner and Estate Sales by Lindsay are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
PARKING ON STREET PERMITTED EXCEPT WHERE NO PARKING SIGNS EXIST. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS, FIRE HYDRANTS OR MAILBOXES, DO NOT PARK ON GRASS AND PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF HOME AND PROPERTY.
