IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT!! IMPORTANT!!!

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION AND THE PARKING & DIRECTIONS SECTION THOROUGHLY AND COMPLETELY!!

This sale will take place in the warehouse of a public building. The entrance and exit will take place through the same door, with access only from the parking lot in the rear of the building (see above).

Acceptable payments will include credit card (through Apple Square), Venmo Business, Personal Check (with valid Driver’s License), and…our personal favorite…cold hard cash! ☺️

!!!!IMPORTANT Sign-Up Procedure!!!!!!!!

• A sign up sheet will be put out by the door marked by the ORANGE “X” in the aerial view photo (the final pictures in the set below). That doorway is covered and will be used because of impending weather. This door is also represented by the picture marked with a red “B”. The view from the parking lot is shown in the picture with the red “A”. The clipboard for signing up for the sale will be put out BY 6am on the first day of the sale (but not necessarily AT 6am) by the door represented by the ORANGE “X” in the aerial photo.
• Numbered cards will be handed out exactly ONE HOUR PRIOR to the start of the sale for those who have signed up by that time.
• The handing out of cards will take place at the same covered door (ORANGE “X”) where the sign up sheet is located.
• Each individual who signs up MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT ONE HOUR BEFORE THE START OF THE SALE in order to receive their number card or their position in line will be lost. There can be NO EXCEPTIONS (mechanical problems, traffic, the need for a bathroom stop, “I didn’t know”) and, for the sake of clarity, if you’re walking up to the house to get your number while I’m reading off names and your name has already been read, then you are LATE.…so PLEASE save us both a very uncomfortable and unpleasant situation and make sure you’re on time. [For the record, I will never, EVER begin the handing out of numbers early…not even one minute!].
• The signup sheet will remain by the door for those who arrive after the numbers have been handed out. If you hope to gain entry to the sale based on your arrival time, then your name must be on the sheet.
• Entrance to the sale will be allowed to those with numbers first (in order, of course!), and subsequently in order by the names listed on the signup sheet, and followed by those who have arrived but didn’t sign up. Please print clearly! I will leave a pen with the sign up sheet, but on cold days, it would be suggested that you also bring your own pen with you to sign up, as the pen I leave may succumb to the weather.

PLEASE NOTE: The doorway where you will sign up and collect your numbers IS NOT the same doorway as you will use to enter and exit the sale. The ENTRANCE and EXIT door is shown in the picture with the red “C”. The pathway to this door is represented in the aerial photo by a yellow line and a YELLOW “X”.

Please do not congregate under the awning or anywhere on the loading dock where the sign up sheet is located. This space belongs to other businesses and should be completely avoided except when you sign up and when you collect your number. Thank you for respecting our neighbors in this manner!!!

Also…you may find items that have price tags from previous transactions. Any price tag that was not applied by a Seth & Sons employee is meaningless and will not be honored.

We are looking into utilizing a platform that will allow us to send you personalized notifications of sales that contain the type of items that you are most interested in (i.e. vintage clothes, jewelry, toys, coins, furniture, electronics, quilts, silverware, books, etc.). All we need is your email address and area of interest. This is not a ploy for filling your inbox with trash. This is for you! You will ONLY get updates on sales you’d want to attend. So help us help you and share your contact information with us!!!

A bid box will be available on the first day of the sale for items priced at or above $25.
NOTE: Bids at or below 50% of the listed price will not be accepted.

This sale is still considered a private estate sale, so the seller cannot be held accountable for items that are defective, missing parts, or otherwise imperfect. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check over their intended purchases prior to payment. All sales are final.
