All items are SOLD AS-IS. We accept CASH, DEBIT, CREDIT CARD, APPLE PAY and VENMO. There is a 3% surcharge applied to credit card transactions only. This surcharge is not greater than our cost of processing. There is a 3% processing fee applied to VENMO transactions only. No fee is charged for debit cards or cash. No refunds after items are sold. Notifications given on the days of the sale take precedence over any prior written information. We DO NOT answer any inquiries regarding price via email or telephone. You enter the property AT YOUR OWN RISK, and we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents or injury the days of the sale. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE END OF THE SALE, and WE DO NOT ASSIST OR MOVE ANY ITEMS. Bring your own moving men, transportation and equipment. Numbers for first day of the sale will be put out by the sale entrance NO LATER THAN 1 Hour before we open. We do not specify an exact time, as we reserve the right to put them out at our convenience. We DO NOT honor any sign up sheet started by someone else. Thank You!
