PLEASE NOTE! The duplexes ARE NOT CONNECTED. If you are there when we open at 9 the first day you'll have to pick one side or the other! THERE WILL BE ONE SIGN UP SHEET AT 1627 and you will have to choose which duplex you want to go to first! ONCE YOU SIGN SIGN UP SHEET, YOU MUST STAY.
The former homeowner was 90 when she passed away and owned BOTH sides. There is a great assortment of everything from Victorian antiques to Mid Century Modern. Stay tuned for details, this will be a fun sale.
