* Once you sign the sign-up sheet, you must stay near the premises until numbers are handed out at 8:00 a.m. on Friday morning.
* Cash, credit and local checks accepted (checks with local I.D.).
* You must bring help for moving furniture and other larger items. We do not move or assist of the moving of items. Please bring your own personpower and equipment.
* All items must be removed by the end of the sale.
* We do not respond to price inquiries prior to the sale.
