* Please read carefully: “Parking is allowed only along the side of the street that is lined with red or blue reflectors. “No Parking” signs will be placed clearly in all appropriate areas. Parking on one side (south side) of Lamberton Creek Lane only. Parking is not permitted on the side roads: Lamberton Creek Court, Big Timber Court, Stillwater Court, or Clear Creek Court. Parking is also prohibited in front of 2030, 2032, 2034 and 2040 Lamberton Creek Lane. Please do not block driveways, fire hydrants, or mailboxes. Thank you.
* Once you sign the sign-up sheet, you must stay near the premises until numbers are handed out at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday morning.
* Cash, credit and local checks accepted (checks with local I.D.).
* You must bring help for moving furniture and other larger items. We do not move or assist of the moving of items. Please bring your own personpower and equipment.
* All items must be removed by the end of the sale.
* We do not respond to price inquiries prior to the sale.
* All sales final. All items sold as is, where is.
* No pre-sales.
* You are entering the sale at your own risk -- the homeowner and Todd Gray are not responsible for accidents.
