No early sign ups. Numbers/sign up sheet will be given out at 9:30.

Full price first day.

Please bring help to move and load furniture and heavy items. We have no one available to movie heavy items or furniture.

Legacy Estate Sale Services or the home owner are not responsible for accidents.

Please make sure to have help to move heavy items and furniture. There is no one available to help move furniture. All items must be picked up by the end of the second day of the sale unless other arrangements have been made.

If caught shop lifting the police will be called.

We will be handing out numbers at 9:30. We will no longer accept early sign up sheets or numbers. You will need remain in line to maintain your spot in the line.
