Announcements made the day of sale take precedence over any published material.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, occasionally the estate owner or representative will remove an item(s) from the home after the sale is published. We make every effort to notify our customers before the sale if this happens, but if you are driving a long distance for a certain item, please feel free to contact us.
