East Grand Rapids Estate Sale - Art, Furniture: 3 Floors & More

- We gladly accept cash, check or charge. Out of state checks are not accepted.

- Phone in purchases will be accepted starting at 4:00 pm, as well. Call 616-262-0327. If it is busy; you may call back until the phone line is open or text.
It there is no answer I am on the other line, so please leave a message and I will call you back. Purchases will only be accepted during sale hours.

- Items shipped on site directly from sale at Buyers Cost.

- Numbers will be handed out Thursday between 3:30 pm and 3:45 pm. A signup sheet will be available.

- The sale begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday. Thursday hours 4 pm - 8 pm

- Friday: Sale time 9 am - 6 pm. Prices reduced by 30% Friday from 1 pm - 6 pm, unless otherwise marked. The doors will be closed from 12:45 pm -1:00 pm in preparation for a 30% markdown.

- Saturday: Sale time 9 am - 1 pm. Prices reduced by 50% Saturday from 9-1 pm, unless otherwise marked.

- All sales are final.

- Please be sure to bring people to help you load your purchases. We do not move or load items so be sure if you buy it , you've made arrangements to move it.

- All items must be gone 1 pm on Saturday.
