Please note that during the current Covid-19 health issue: Face Masks are REQUIRED at this time for everyone attending. If you don't have one, you can purchase one prior to entering the sale for $1.00. We will only be allowing so many people in at a time in order to provide as much "social distancing" as possible. We ask that you do the same as you line up outside. We'll also have hand sanitizer available for your use as well. Bathrooms are NOT available for public use. Thanks for working with us at this time. Hopefully, we'll be able to relax these guidelines in the near future.

Numbers are distributed 30 minutes PRIOR to START OF SALE. Our buyers usually organize themselves by starting their own list. WE DO NOT MANAGE THE LIST! We will however use it when distributing numbers for entrance into sale. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE YOUR NUMBER. If we call your name and you are not there we go onto the next name. Writing your name on the list does not guarantee a number for you if you are not there at 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO START OF SALE.

Everything sold on a first-come, first-served, "AS IS", and "WHERE IS" basis. All sales are final. Bring YOUR OWN muscle & tools to dismantle & remove heavy objects (we are not able to help). Large items must be removed prior to end of sale. We, nor the homeowners, are responsible for accidents.
