A designated numbered sign up sheet will be posted the evening before the sale at 6pm. This will be the only sheet we will use for admittance.
*There are three floors to shop so admittance will be limited to 25 to allow for proper social distancing. As guests leave, more will admitted to continue flow.
*Everything priced is available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis.
*Cash, Check, Credit, Debit, Venmo and Paypal accepted.
*No additional fees for credit card use.
*All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges.
*All items are sold as is.
*Please bring help and/or tools to remove and load any heavy pieces as we are limited. All items must be removed prior to end of sale unless other arrangements have been made.
*Sale runs Thursday from 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-6pm. MOST ITEMS WILL BE 50% OFF on Friday unless marked firm!
*We will be in full compliance with all MDHHS Covid-19 protocols and require properly worn facial covers for anyone entering the estate or on the estates premises. This includes any outside lines. Please respect others space by distancing yourself 6ft from anyone not in your immediate group.
