Face Masks are OPTIONAL at this time for everyone attending. USE COMMON SENSE. If you don't have one, you can purchase one ($1) prior to entering the sale. We will only be allowing so many people in at a time in order to provide as much "social distancing" as possible. We recommend leaving your young children at home or with an adult outside, so that only actual shoppers are in the house. Hand sanitizer will be available for your use as well. Bathrooms are NOT available for public use. Thanks for working with us at this time.

IMPORTANT:

If someone puts a sign up sheet out, we will honor it by calling names on the sheet 1/2 hour before the sale starts. Numbers are distributed 30 minutes PRIOR to START OF SALE. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE YOUR NUMBER. IF YOU ARE NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF NUMBERS HANDED OUT, YOU WILL BE MOVED TO THE END OF THE LIST. NOTE: If we call your name and you are not there we go onto the next name. AGAIN.....Writing your name on the list does not guarantee a number for you if you ARE NOT THERE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO START OF SALE.

CASH, CHECK (must have VALID Drivers License) OR CREDIT/DEBIT accepted (no service fees)!

Everything sold on a first-come, first-served, "AS IS", and "WHERE IS" basis. All sales are final. Bring YOUR OWN muscle & tools to dismantle & remove heavy objects (we are not able to help). Large items must be removed prior to end of sale. We, nor the homeowners, are responsible for accidents. There are multiple sets of stairs in this house. Please watch your step.

ANNOUNCEMENTS RELATING TO THE DAY OF THE SALE WILL TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER WRITTEN ADVERTISED NOTICE.

A BID box will be available the 1st day of the Sale. All Bids must be over 50% of the original price. All Bids at or below the 50% of the original price will NOT be accepted. All winning BIDs must be picked up by End of the Sale the Next Day.

As the seller of this Estate Sale, we will not be held accountable for any items defective or imperfect. All items will by sold "AS IS". Buyers, it is your responsibility to check out your intended purchases prior to payment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, SOLD AS IS.

PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK DRIVE WAY OR MAIL BOXES AND NO PARKING ON GRASS. Please ONLY park on designated visitor/marked parking spaces or oppisite side o the streee from the mail boxes. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OFPROPERTY!!

If purchasing large/heavy items, you must bring your own help to move and all items must be removed by End of Sale.
