To make sure we are all on the same page and the sale runs as smooth as possible,
Please read over our friendly reminders/terms and conditions below before attending the sale …

*No early entry. Official sign up sheet will be on a clipboard and placed outside the home prior to start time (approx 2 hours). Line up and wait outside front door area in order of arrival prior to list being set out. Your name (and the names of anyone with you) must be on our official sign up sheet to be called. You do not have to wait around the entire time once your name is on our official list but you must be present when your name is called for entrance-no exceptions.

*Please respect the neighbors and the neighborhood. Double check where and how you parked. DO NOT block driveways, mailboxes, or trash can pick ups.

*Safety of our employees and our customers is important to us. Please be mindful of those around you and maintain social distancing as much as possible.

*We do not give out any pricing prior to the sale, allow presale purchases or offer shipping services. You just have to come & see for yourself :-)

*Reminder that you are entering the premises and any outdoor buildings at YOUR OWN RISK. REJOYCE ESTATE SALES LLC and home owner are not liable for any injuries that may arise.

*Cash and credit cards are accepted. Cash is preferred. There is a minimum purchase price of $10 to use a credit card. No Checks.

*This is a two day sale. Full price first day, half price second day. No negotiations on first day - although you can make bids above 1/2 price & place in our bid box - these offers will be reviewed at end of day on the first day. We are also having a $15 bag sale event (Meijer size plastic bag) at 3:30pm on Saturday-no sign up sheet. Form a line at designated sign & wait until called - cash only for the bag sale.

*Loading items or the moving of heavy items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not be able to provide assistance. So bring some extra muscles with you if you plan on purchasing any of our larger or heavier items.

*Please note there will not be a public restroom available at the sale. Sorry.

*IMPORTANT: For this sale…No purses, book bags, shopping bags or wearing of coats/jackets will be permitted. Shopping baskets will be provided.

*And of course, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. No returns and No Exchanges which means ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So test and look over the items thoroughly before you buy.
