Sign up sheet will be available at 7:00 am morning of the sale.

Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.

We reserve the right to sell larger items before the sale to make room. If you see something that qualifies as a large item, call/text to purchase in advance.

There will be NO restroom available at this sale.

We use square for credit/debit. Square adds 3% on all transactions.

Please bring help with moving larger pieces of furniture, we will be happy to help when we can but this is not always possible.

All items bought must be picked up by the end of the sale. We do not deliver.
All items sold 'as is'. Please make sure the item you wish to purchase works to your satisfaction first.
We are not responsible for injuries during the sale.

Welcome to this incredible sale in Kentwood! Truly something for every collector in your life!

This sale is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call/text for a time slot.

  1. You will have 1 hour to shop
  2. If you plan to bring a guest/spouse - you MUST sign them up also
  3. We will allow 5 shoppers per hour time slot

To keep things running smoothly with no overlaps, we have to be strict about time...You must be there at your appointment time. If you are late, that will cut into your appointment time. We will not let you in early either, we will have you wait for the group ahead of you to finish their hour before we will let you in.

The homeowner is living in the house - we must be very respectful of that.

The sale is in the basement/garage ONLY. Space is extremely limited so we have to limit the amount of shoppers in at a time.

There will not be a discount day - we will make deals with bulk buys at our discretion

NO YOUNG CHILDREN - as much as we love them, we just can't have them in this space

The sale will run Tuesday - Saturday. The website will only allow for us to list 4 days.
