Cash or Good Check with ID. No credit or debit. Everything sold on a first-come, first-served basis. ALL SALES FINAL. Everything is sold "AS IS", and "WHERE IS". Bring your own muscle & tools to dismantle & remove heavy objects (we are not able to help). Large items must be removed prior to end of sale. We, nor the homeowners, are responsible for accidents.

We distribute numbers 30 minutes prior to sale. Only one number per person. Our customer base usually starts their own list and leaves at the door. You need to organize yourselves!! Thanks.
