There will be a SIGN UP available at 0600. You do not need to stay but be back by 8:45 to line up.

We use square for credit/debit. We require a 30 dollar minimum to use square.

Please bring help with moving larger pieces of furniture, we will be happy to help when we can but this is not always possible.

All items bought must be picked up by the end of the sale. We do not deliver.
All items sold 'as is'. Please make sure the item you wish to purchase works to your satisfaction first.
We are not responsible for injuries during the sale.
No public restroom available.
Please do not park on the grass or block mailboxes or driveways!
If any firearms or ammo will be for sale they will NOT be stored at the house. They will arrive the morning of the sale.

NEW: Our sales will mostly start at 9:00 am and the address will be available at 6:00 am the morning of the first day through EstateSales.NET. We do this for security reasons.

A clipboard will be available to signup at 6:00 am on opening day. At 8:50 am line up the door and your name will be called in the order it appears on the signup list. Enter the home in that order. If there are any firearms available for sale, they will be shown to one individual at a time in the order your name appears on the list.

Description & Details

Welcome to our first sale of the year. We have a lot of 'guy' stuff! Lots of sporting goods and things for the tool room. All firearms will arrive the morning of the sale and are NOT stored overnight at the location of the sale. We also have some very nice items for the house including:

  • 1917 Eddystone rifle from WWl in exceptional condition. This rifle is a collector’s item and not something to be used for deer hunting because of the unique condition. Manufactured in December, 1917. It looks like this rifle never saw combat because of its condition.
  • Ruger .40 semiautomatic pistol model SR40c. The purchaser of this pistol MUST have a current permit to purchase from the Sate of Michigan or a valid Conceal Carry Permit. We will not hold the pistol while a buyer obtains the permit to purchase. That process will take several days.
  • Mauser Modelo Argentino 1891, 7,65 x 53mm caliber rifle in great condition. Also we have several boxes of ammo for this rifle.
  • Hercules 12 ga. external hammer double barrel shotgun
  • MK 85 .50 caliber black powder rifle by MML with a Simmons 3 - 10 x 44 scope
  • Investarm Spa of Marcheno Italy .45 caliber black powder rifle with powder horn. This is a great wall hanger over your fire place!

This rifle is in exceptional condition considering it is over 100 years old. Date of manufacturer is December of 1917. Serial number is 967109. All the steel is in exceptional condition including the bore. The bore looks like only a few rounds were shot thru it. No war service apparent. No dings or bluing of any steel surfaces. Parkerized OD green steel. The wood stock does show some dings. You really need to come see this rifle. If you are looking for a deer hunting rifle I have something else to show you.
