This sale is on Crahen Ave between Michigan and Bradford near Lincoln School. The home is set far back from the road with a private driveway. Please enter the property where marked and follow parking directions. There is plenty of acreage for parking on site and an attendant will be helping direct traffic within the property limits. Crahen is a very busy and hilly road with blind spots- enter and exit with caution. AGAIN, Crahen is very dangerous for pedestrians as well as a small shoulder for parking thus, it is strongly suggested to AVOID parking on the busy road. For your safety simply pull into the property where there is an abundance of space. Home owners and estate sale company are not responsible for any injuries or accidents to individuals or vehicles.

This sale is hosted by Calm, Cool, Collected Vintage and Estates. Our sign up sheet will be available at 6am the morning of the sale. Numbers at 8am. Sale opens promptly at 9am.

CASH, CARD AND VENMO accepted. NO CHECKS. There will be a bid box for a few big ticket items including the trailers, mowers, and other large equipment - read more in sale description.

Executive home clean out! If you have been to a Calm, Cool, Collected Vintage and Estates sale before, you'll remember our prices are low and you know there will be tons of great stuff.  The house has now sold and the contents needs to go! Items for sale in this executive home will be inside on the main floor, basement, upper level, garage AND stand alone workshop, plus a wood shed for picking. You will have to climb multiple flights of stairs. Those with mobility problems must be sure-footed and avoid any trip hazards. You are responsible for your own movements throughout the sale - move about the sale carefully and cautiously as accidents and injuries are NOT the responsibility of the homeowners or estate sale company.
