We reserve the right to sell larger items before the sale to make room. If you see something that qualifies as a large item, call/text to purchase in advance.
There will be NO restroom available at this sale.
We use square for credit/debit. Square adds 3% on all transactions.
Please bring help with moving larger pieces of furniture, we will be happy to help when we can but this is not always possible.
All items bought must be picked up by the end of the sale. We do not deliver.
All items sold 'as is'. Please make sure the item you wish to purchase works to your satisfaction first.

Furniture, glassware, small tools and gardening items.
Records, toys and decor. The records are mostly rock and from the 1970’s and 1980’s. A small number of them have some water damage to the jackets but most are in very good condition. There are over 400 vinyl albums! We have a little of everything and it all must go.
