-Sign in sheet will be provided before 4:00pm Friday (March 3, 2023) DUE TO THE STORM. THIS ALLOWS FOR MORE TRAVEL TIME.
-We accept cash, card, Venmo, PayPal. Card fees are 3%.
-Please arrange for large item pick ups.
-You may bring your own sold tags and stickers on site.
-PLEASE be courteous of carpets and floors and any signs that state KEEP OUT.
-We pride ourselves in having some of the most fair prices in Michigan. We also pride ourselves in having a friendly staff and FUN sales, if you are not respectful and friendly in return we will ask you to leave immediately.
-We allow and welcome price negotiations.
