PLEASE read all of the following info carefully!!!
This sale will take place in a private residence and an unattached garage.
The entrance and exit to the sale will take place through one door of the house and one door of the outbuilding…please follow the signs.
Acceptable payments will include credit card (through Apple Square), Venmo Business, Personal Check (with valid Driver’s License), and…our personal favorite…cold hard cash! ☺️
!!!!IMPORTANT Sign-Up Procedure!!!!!!!!
• A sign up sheet will be put out by 6am on the first day of the sale.
• Follow the signs and look for the lighted clipboard.
• Numbered cards will be handed out exactly ONE HOUR PRIOR to the start of the sale for those who have signed up by that time.
• Each individual who signs up MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT ONE HOUR BEFORE THE START OF THE SALE in order to receive their number card or their position in line will be lost. There can be NO EXCEPTIONS (mechanical problems, traffic, the need for a bathroom stop, “I didn’t know”) and, for the sake of clarity, if you’re walking up to the house to get your number while I’m reading off names and your name has already been read, then you are LATE.…so PLEASE save us both a very uncomfortable and unpleasant situation and make sure you’re on time. [For the record, I will never, EVER begin the handing out of numbers early…not even one minute!].
• The signup sheet will remain available for those who arrive after the numbers have been handed out. If you hope to gain entry to the sale based on your arrival time, then your name must be on the sheet.
• Entrance to the sale will be allowed to those with numbers first (in order, of course!), and subsequently in order by the names listed on the signup sheet, and followed by those who have arrived but didn’t sign up. Please print clearly! I will leave a pen with the sign up sheet, but on cold days, it would be suggested that you also bring your own pen with you to sign up, as the pen I leave may succumb to the weather.
A bid box will be available on the first day of the sale for items priced at or above $25.
NOTE: Bids at or below 50% of the listed price will not be accepted.
This sale is still considered a private estate sale, so the seller cannot be held accountable for items that are defective, missing parts, or otherwise imperfect. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check over their intended purchases prior to payment. All sales are final.

First of all, you’re correct…this is indeed the second sale we’ve had at this location, BUT…none of the items from the previous sale will be found here. Everything is new! And if you remember how cool the first sale was, well…this one is three times better!!!
The list of cool stuff at this sale is as exhausting as it was to set up…but the treasures to be found here are INCREDIBLE!!! The pics and video tell the real story, but here’s a few favorites:
An antique United States Navy Officer’s Saber, a gigantic brass ship’s porthole, a gorgeous antique copper cash register, vintage cowboy hats still in the box, a hat signed by professional golfers, antique surveying equipment, a cast iron book press from the late 1800’s, a vintage die cast O gauge toy train set, antler mounts from a variety of different animals (as well as an antler chandelier!), vintage ammo belts, holsters, belt buckles, knives, sheathes, lighters, bolo ties, a mink coat, silver serving items, cast iron pans, a genuine railroad crossing sign, more vintage and antique tools than you can imagine, large machine tools (lathe, band saw, pipe cutter, drill press, table saw, etc.), some absolutely stunning furniture (bedroom suite, end tables, coffee tables, cedar chest, a pristine Victorian style couch with ornate woodwork and curved sides, a very nice half moon glass fronted lighted curio cabinet, a buffet table, a small rolltop desk, and more), vintage beer advertising posters and mirrors, jewelry, vintage mid-century lamps (some brand new in the box!), a globe, camping, hunting, & fishing supplies…
The tools?!? Great googly moogly…there are thousands (and I mean that literally!) of tools! If you’re an electrician, you should not miss this sale. There are tools and supplies for you that are brand new and still in the box…everything from junction boxes to outlets to fuses to switches to conduit to ballasts to wire nuts to wire to hardware…it’s here. It’s brand new. And it’s cheaper than you’ll find anywhere else! There plenty for you non-electricians as well. There’s a belt sander, hammer drills, saws, woodworking tools, numerous vises, hardware of every kind, tool & die stuff, huge pipe wrenches, bolt cutters, a Greenlee punch set, wrenches of all sizes and types, chisels, pliers, screwdrivers, sand paper, a couple dozen brand new saw blades, tool boxes, and more. Much more! More than we can even show in the pictures!!!
