NOTE: Due to the volume of items, we regret that we cannot disclose prices on items prior to the sale. Requests for pricing information will not receive a reply due to the volume of items for sale. Thank you for your patience and understanding! It's a BIG sale!

NUMBERS: will be issued BEFORE 9 a.m. on the first morning of the sale at the sale home. When you arrive at the home, check in with the persons in the motor home by the garage. They will be handling the number situation. Once you receive your numbered wrist band, you must leave and find parking off premises until shuttle parking is available. Parking for shuttle is available beginning at 9 a.m. each morning of the sale. Park at the Ada Congregational Church, 6330 Ada Drive SE, Ada, MI 49301 and ride the shuttle to the sale site. The church will not permit parking prior to 9 a.m. on any sale day.

Announcements the day of the sale take precedence over written materials.

All items sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

All items Sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Bring muscle for heavy items. We cannot help load heavy items.

Payment options include cash, and major credit cards (VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express). There is no surcharge for using a credit card. This is the FIRST of TWO full estate sales to settle the estate of Patsy Wassenaar.  The late Ms. Wassenaar was an avid antiques dealer with exceptional taste and outstanding knowledge.  She was also a devoted collector of quality antiques with a focus on Grand Rapids made furniture of the highest caliber. In addition, her decorative arts selections are noteworthy.  She bought quality. 

The SECOND sale is scheduled for May 16, 17 & 18.  Same times each day, same terms and conditions.  Thanks!
