Items are "AS IS" and all sales are final. Purchasers are responsible for the removal of all items by the end of sale. Purchasers are responsible for checking the functionality of all electronic devices and the condition of all housewares. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS

We ONLY ACCEPT our own sign-up sheets. If you place your name on the list, you MUST stay within sight of the property. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not be giving numbers at this sale; we will only use the sign-up sheet.

Setting up the sale for this weekend has been a breathtaking and surreal adventure. Each day has delighted us with a new piece of history. We are so excited to open our doors and share this with you!
Please note that we do not give pricing information before we open our doors; nor do we do presales or holds.
Also, we’d like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding regarding the parking and shuttle service. We will be running two minivans constantly from 9:30AM-5:45PM on Friday, February 15 and 8:30 AM-3:45 PM on Saturday, February 16. The driveway is for purchase pick up and shuttle drop off only. It is illegal to park on Fulton Street, and there is no sidewalk if parking on the side streets.
We anticipate a crowd in the morning, so please be prepared to wait for entry. We will allow 30 customers in at a time. Our sign up sheet will be at the red Dodge Caravan at Forest Hills Baptist Church (3900 Fulton Street E). We will begin shuttle service at 9:30 AM, and will be taking people in order of the sign-up sheet. DOORS OPEN AT 10AM.
