All items sold as is and where is. All Sales Final! You must remove your purchases during regular business hours unless other arrangements are made. All items sold "Where Is", so you must remove them yourselves. Bring your own muscle for heavy items. Appliances will require an appliance dolly which you must provide. Visa, Mastercard & Discover accepted, as well as cash & checks with ID. Announcements day of sale take precedence over written ads. Numbers will be given BY 9:00 am on Thursday to those people waiting at the Thornapple Evangelical Covenant Church (See "Directions" Above). Not responsible for accidents. This is a sale for the Krystyna Cotter estate and trust. Trained as a concert pianist, she lived life to the fullest. Her nearly 10,000 sq. ft. home is filled with some of the best quality items available. You won’t want to miss this opportunity.

 

Artwork: Outstanding and important Mathias Alten watercolor portrait dated 1905. This exact painting is illustrated in “Mathias Alten, Journey of an American Painter”, 1998 (page 118), site size (S.S.) 20.5” x 15.75”. Reynold Weidenaar 1958 watercolor, S.S. 14” x 21”. Bonnie Marris o/c of Lion (early work), S.S 35.75” x 49.5”. Several Bonnie Marris prints. Mary Lou Moll 1987 w/c of local scene, S.S. 18” x 24”.
