SPECIAL OFF-SITE TERMS: READ BEFORE BIDDING

Location: Off-Site in Cascade, MI.

Strict Pickup Window: Friday, May 15, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

No Exceptions: No extensions or alternate days are available. Failure to pick up during this window results in forfeiture of the item without refund.

Labor & Loading: Winning bidders must bring all necessary tools, equipment, and muscle. Staff assistance is NOT available.

Payment & Address: Your invoice must be paid in full before receiving the pickup address. Your credit card on file will be charged after the auction closes.

Verification: A digital or physical copy of your paid invoice is required on-site to claim items.

Shipping: NOT guaranteed. Shipping to the Caledonia Location is only available if confirmed and agreed upon with us prior to the end of the pickup timeframe on May 15, 2026. Potential Items that may be available to be shipped are small listings that can fit into an SUV along with other potential items. The flat fee for shipping the items to the Caledonia is $5 per listing. If shipping is not explicitly confirmed with the auction house, applied to your invoice, and charged, you will be completely responsible for picking up your items during the allotted timeframe or you, again, will loose your items with NO refund.
