As you walk into the door step up and you’re in the Kitchen. The first thing you’ll see is an Antique M. Brown & Co. (Ohio) wooden #2 (4 gallon) Bentwood Butter churn dated 1877, and on the top of the refrigerator is a Dazey glass butter churn, there is still some china and glassware in the built in cabinet, (as there is so much that we already have 3+ tables), two vintage Black Memorabilia advertising tin signs, lots of good usable Kitchen items, including a Cast Iron Wagner pan, Tiara sandwich glass punch bowl set, vintage and newer utensils, Coca Cola memorabilia, a sweet 6 drawer spice cabinet, vintage tins, lots of EAPG glass, vintage rolling pins, and more!
Next into the Dining Room there is an awesome antique Dutch drop leaf side board with matching small china. Inside the china cabinet is a good collection of salt and pepper shakers, a beautiful original (1920)H. Linden Water Color hangs over the china, and on the side board are are three of Barbour S.P. Repoussee figural village pieces; one a bride’s basket, one a large serving bowl, and a pair of tall candle sticks, a Black Memorabilia cigarette dispenser, a Crucifix that appears to be from a Catholic church, a wonderful small antique German carriage mantle musical clock, and a nice amount of very vintage utensils, as well as some very vintage wood bowls, including a large bread bowl. In the center of the room is a small farmhouse table with 5 chairs, next to it is the linen rack with a large amount of vintage linens.
From the dining room you walk into the Living Room where you will find two packed china and glassware tables. There is vintage Fiestaware like the original juice pitcher with glasses, vintage hand crank beater in Vaseline glass bowl, carnival glass, cut glass, depression glass, Hull, Delft, Cobalt glass, Fenton and tons more! The jewelry table is in the living room also, and there is a large amount of cool vintage jewelry, hats, an antique glove box, knives, and other items! There is the most beautiful Curved glass claw foot china that I’ve ever seen (with original casters), with an ornate mirror on the top. Inside on the top self is an entire Black Americana Jazz band in figurines, the next two shelves have vintage Oriental dishes. On the wall there is a vintage Cuckoo clock (one of 5), next to it is a drop dead gorgeous Eastlake table (with original casters) and on the table is a beautiful (Miller or Bradley Hubbard) overlay slag glass lamp, antique toys, and much more!
On down the hall the first bedroom on your right is the Master Bedroom. There is a Beautiful Eastlake Bed, with a matching dresser, a small wooden filing cabinet, a wood ironing board two Cuckoo clocks, hankies, a wash stand, an antique chair, an antique rocker, a half round hall table, three vintage Dutch hats, (two men’s and one woman’s), a family of wooden shoes, a New Haven banjo clock, some shoes, hats, table cloths, and a lovely vintage quilt.
Across the hall is the second Bedroom, and in it you will find another cuckoo clock, a drum table and antique folding chairs, some vintage toys, some not vintage toys, a few scale model cars, a lovely antique cabinet, an antique mission style book shelf, blankets, another cuckoo clock, clothing and more!
Back down the hall out through the kitchen you will find the stairs to go down to the Family Room. This room and the store room are crammed full with items like a beautiful carved wood ice box, a stressless style recliner, an oak pedestal table, antique chairs, an awesome secretary with an attached curio,a working Waterbury Gingerbread clock, a great wood Hoosier with all it’s working parts, Cabbage Patch dolls (1983-84) new in box, an antique spinning wheel, another china and glassware table, with Fenton, Delft, Depression glass, and much more, a flexible flyer sled, a table top Victor Victrola, works, a portable Victrola, records for the Victrola’s, record albums, 45’s, a Keystone 1907 Stereograph viewer, and cards,an Antique Robbins Meyers fan, an American Toy company Coaster wagon from the late 1800’s all wood with wood wheels, and a cast iron 1903 Cherry Stoner (pitter). On the other end of the family room are 100’s of dolls, including Barbie’s from the 1960’s -80’s (and newer ones also) Tiny Tears, Ideal Shirley temple (smaller dolls) Marilyn Monroe, (8 new in box), Grace Kelly new in box, The Walton family, the Bobbsey twins, original Cabbage patch new in box, a Daisy Model 25 1930 BB gun, and so much more!
There is a large walk in Closet with Clothing and Christmas. Then you walk into the wrap around Store Room. You will find a little bit of everything in there, from sets of china to a neat Wagner cast iron waffle maker, three legged cast iron pots, a fire place cast iron handled pot, and other Kitchen items including a ton of vintage hand beaters, from the 1800’s to the 1940’s, and other vintage utensils, an all steel industrial style desk, a Mid-Century chrome and aqua chair, a garden bench, some garden items, products, a wall of antique rug beaters, vintage bird cage items, small electric, and battery hand tools, as well as screwdrivers, saws, drill bits, etc.
