* Only 25 people allowed in the house at one time
* Cash, check or MC/Visa for purchases over $25.00
* Please check all items before purchasing, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are no warranties or implied warranties!
* Please be prepared to carry your own items, you will need to bring your own muscle
* Please absolutely no emails or phone calls regarding prices - Questions regarding prices will NOT be answered. Thanks for understanding.
* We do honor street numbers but you must be there when we get there to exchange them with our numbers. One number per person is given out.
Thank you so much for understanding that we often times have shoes off/booties required sales due to weather or a house closing immediately after the sale. Also please remember if you set aside an item in the check out area please be certain you are going to purchase it. Please do not put sold signs on larger pieces unless you are certain you are buying it. Sold signs will be removed if not paid for within a half hour. It is unfair to other customers if you hold items for long periods of time and then decide you do not want it.
One day sale reductions, All prices are firm until 2 pm. You must pay for any item you are holding or have saved at checkout prior to 2 pm. This will be enforced by our staff, and you will be gently reminded to check out. Thanks for understanding :)
