Vintage Heirloom Estate Sales
Terms
We accept cash or check with ID. We do not currently accept credit cards. We will not give out prices before hand and there are no early sales. Numbers are given out at 8am. We will honor only one list. You must be present to get your number. Garage and barn open at 8:30am and the house opens at 9am. We cannot promise help with loading furniture so please be prepared. We are not responsible for accident or injury. Everything sold on a first-come, first-served basis. ALL SALES FINAL. Everything is sold "AS IS", and "WHERE IS". Please do not block the drive way and please do not park in the drive way. Announcements the day of the sale will take precedence over written notices.
Due to the interest in the comics I have uploaded several more photos so you can see condition as much as possible.
Please check back often as we are still setting up the sale and photo's and list will be updated as we go along.
An update so everyone is clear on the LIST :I will have a tablet of paper either hanging from a front porch light in a baggie or on the door handle for you all to use as the sign up sheet for numbers. It will be out there at some point the day before the sale. You MUST be present at 8 am the day of the sale to get your NUMBER or I will call the next name. People want to know a general time I will be putting the sign up sheet out so I will put it out around 1 pm tomorrow. Can't wait to see you all at the sale!

This is a fabulous sale with quality Victorian furniture! Some very unique pieces. Following is a brief list. Please check back often as we will update as we go along.
