Sign up sheet will be available night before the sale by 5p or earlier, at sale house. IF we are on site we will add your name for you.
On sale days, names will be called in order from sign up sheet.
Credit cards accepted thru contactless Square payments + 3% Surcharge, Checks upon approval or Cash
BRING 2 ABLE BODIED PEOPLE TO MOVE ITEMS!
NO PRESALES AND PRICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL SALE DAYS
All items sold AS IS and FINAL
Always inspect purchases before leaving property. Should you have a question about a purchase please contact us during sale dates.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE SALE IS COMPLETE
