We are starting the 2026 estate sale season with a phenomenal sale on Lakeshore. Believe the hype! 

We are featuring a house full of newer Stickley furniture (including dining table and eight chairs, dining table with extensions and six chairs, pair of lounge chairs, server with mirror, sofas, barrister bookcase, armoire, dresser, bookshelf, and more), Mission style occasional tables, cherry bedroom furniture, mahogany bedroom furniture, contemporary bedroom furniture, leather curved sofa, Brunswick pool table, painted furniture, upholstered chaise and bench, bar stools, upholstered chaises, leather and upholstered lounge chairs, MacKenzie-Childs settee, patio furniture, and more. 

Phew, now onto the decorative. 

Decorative items include dozens of rugs and carpets, framed paintings and prints, Pewabic dishes, Wedgwood (including Basalt and Jasperware items), Hall “Silhouette”,  Wedgwood “Florentine” china, MacKenzie-Childs rooster, copper items, Waterford crystal lamp, Brumm figurines, mirrors, Data East “Hook” pinball machine, soapstone, onyx fern stand, Mission style stained glass lamps, pair of green onyx lamps, pillows, carved cheval mirror with dolphin supports, bronze boxer sculpture, and more. 

Miscellaneous items include Bose radios, electronics, tools, everyday kitchen, bed and bath linens, books, weights and exercise equipment, holiday items, bar ware, household items, garden items and more.  

Now, for the clothing. 

Ladies, we are featuring 10 fur coats and jackets, designer purses (including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Versace — just to name a few), designer clothing (sizes 6-10) including Burberry coats and scarves, Johnny Was, Lilly Pulitzer, Lafayette 148, Tory Burch, Burberry, Eileen Fisher, and on and on; hundreds of pairs of shoes and boots hardly worn (size 9- 9.5), coats, slacks, dresses, skirts, scarves, tops, etc.; costume jewelry, and other accessories. We are also featuring men’s clothing including Burberry, Lacoste, slacks, shirts, coats, jackets, dress shirts, bathing suits, etc. Other items to be included from Shinola, Prada, Milly, Etro, Coach, Patagonia, etc. 

This beautiful home is chock-full, and the contents are waiting for a new home. Get to the house early to get a number because there will definitely be a line. We offer delivery service and will help you get things to your car.
