This was home to an 86-year-old physician, who lost his sight in a laboratory accident at Wayne State.  The house was quite dusty.  We've unearthed and priced the upstairs, main floor & garage of this house.  However, the basement of this house is filled with things.  We did not have sufficient time to set up the sale, so the deal is you dig it out of the BASEMENT area- we will not let you leave without coming to an agreement on a price.  Everything is priced to sell, the house must be emptied this weekend.  New owner takes possession on Tuesday.  YIKES!

The house is filled with items from 1848-2017.  There is lots of old and new items in this home.  I'm going to keep updating pics for next couple days.  I still haven't gotten everything set up.
