Fabulous Grosse Pointe Farms Estate Sale - Phase II

This is Phase II of our Fabulous Grosse Pointe Farms sale.

Phase II of this estate sale is just as fabulous as Phase I. The basement was the home of the Tower Hill boutique, with thousands of gifts and decorative items. We are featuring the following:

Furniture and carpets: brown leather sectional, pair of blue and brown ottomans, Bernhardt gray upholstered sofa, burgundy and blue upholstered sofa, pair of Baker upholstered armchairs, cocktail tables, occasional tables, upholstered settee, painted and upholstered bed frame, sofa tables, chairs, patio furniture, bedroom furniture, Chinese carpets, hand woven carpets, and machine-made carpets. 

Decorative items: glass and ceramic decor, figurines, framed paintings and prints, decorative lamps, china, linens, thousands of books including children’s books, children’s toys, games and gifts, stained glass, serving items for parties, stuffed animals, trinkets, knickknacks, planters, everyday kitchen, glassware, pottery, luggage, and so much more 

Clothing: new and slightly worn ladies’ clothing, including tops, slacks, jackets, scarves, gloves, purses, shoes and boots and other accessories.  We are also featuring a selection of children’s clothing. 

Holiday décor: Easter items, Halloween decorations, and thousands of Christmas items, including Marc Roberts elves, ornaments, pillows, nutcrackers, serving pieces, etc.
