This sale is conducted to settle the estate of Nicholas (Nick) Peet.
It is a nice sale with antique furniture and some primitives.
Payment is Cash or Local check only with valid driver's license and phone.
Please bring help to move large furniture items, we do not have people who can do this.
All items must be removed by the end of the sale unless you make arrangements with us.
All items are sold "As Is, Where Is". Not responsible for accidents.
