Moving of large objects was for me about 25 years ago...but not any more. Heavy items will have to be moved by you or your mover. We open at 9am on Thursday, no numbers given out by us, but street numbers are fine if you want to line up, we will open the door to let you all in at the same time. Items must be removed before 4 PM on Saturday. Items are sold as-is, where is. Please be kind by not blocking the neighbors driveways when you park.

This is another in a long line of loaded sales from Dave Durham Estate Sales that will be worth your time...if you miss one sale this weekend, don't let it be this one. Harper Woods doesn't allow more than the sign in the front yard, so many may miss this one.  You will be talking to your friends and they will be bragging about the loot they scored and you'll be jealous and justly mad at yourself for whatever it was you did instead. The sale has a pile of Lladro figures (only a few pictured, but over 60 Lladro figures and pieces) including the hard to find Moon Girls set, there's an Odd Fellows fraternal sword, loads of china and entertaining materials, a shop that is begging for exploration including the tools, Shop Smith and radio equipment, and the attic...well, you can't imagine the attic. The stuff up there is piled high enough that I dug for over 10 minutes to pull out the Airline arch top acoustic guitar in mint condition. There was a violin in there too...just a pile or two too far away for me to reach easily, I dug and pulled out these two treasures. They will be there for your perusal, along with loads of clothing, both men's and ladies vintage clothes, piles of household misc. and then I found cameras including Zeiss, Agfa, Rolleicord reflex and others. There is a cool old bayonet I found, loads of costume jewelry, some trench art, a Pigeon Forge signed D Ferguson bear figurine,  oriental things, a spinet piano, a Hammond organ, a slant front desk, bookshelves filled, lots and lots and lots. You are going to have to do some digging yourself. This sale is going to be loaded with a bit of something for everyone. I saw books, furniture, teacups and saucers, a Stanley molding plane, vintage kitchen and loads of garden misc and who knows what's in the garage. Don't miss out by sleeping in, or you will regret it.
