Yes, we will be negotiating from the start! 90% of items will not be priced! Please don't line up until 945. Street numbers accepted, however, we don't pass them out. Look for the person to get a number.
We are not responsible for any accidents, slips, trips, falls etc. Enter at your own risk. We do not move or load heavy items so please bring your own muscle. Please bring your own boxes if you plan to buy a lot.
Cash or credit cards with a 4% fee.
Please keep children with an adult at all times. All sales are final. No refunds or returns. Please test items prior to purchase. Bring your own boxes as we don't have any on hand.
