SHIPPING NOTICE PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Stanton?s Auctioneers does NOT offer in-house shipping.
SHIPPING COSTS HAVE INCREASED SUBSTANTIALLY. Buyers should factor these costs into their bidding decisions. All packing, handling, shipping, insurance, and freight costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the auction purchase price.
If pickup or shipping arrangements are not made within 24 hours following the auction, purchased items will automatically be delivered to our preferred third-party shipper.

PakMail Freight will contact buyers directly regarding packing, shipping costs, and delivery arrangements. Please allow 1?3 weeks for processing and shipment once items have been transferred to the shipper.
All international shipments will be handled through third-party shipping providers. Buyers are responsible for all associated packing, shipping, customs fees, duties, tariffs, and import regulations.
Buyers are responsible for all packing, handling, freight, and insurance costs associated with shipping oversized or fragile items.

LIVEAUCTIONEERS LIVESHIP PROGRAM
SHIPPING THROUGH THE LIVEAUCTIONEERS LIVESHIP PROGRAM IS MANAGED ENTIRELY BY LIVEAUCTIONEERS AND THEIR SHIPPING PARTNERS.
STANTON?S AUCTIONEERS HAS NO CONTROL OVER SHIPPING COSTS, TIMELINES, OR SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE LIVESHIP PROGRAM.
Live Auctioneers partners with approved providers to offer shipping within the United States, U.S. Territories, Canada, and select international destinations.
Shipping estimates are calculated using the buyer?s zip code, item size and weight, and the designated shipping vendor. The estimate generally includes pickup, packing, shipping, delivery, and insurance.
Actual shipping costs may vary depending on the final hammer price and insurance value.
If a shipping estimate is not shown on the item page or invoice, buyers may request a quote directly from Live Auctioneers:

If buyers select SELF-ARRANGED SHIPPING, items will be transferred to our preferred shipper (PakMail Freight), who will invoice the buyer directly. Shipping invoices are separate from the auction invoice and must be paid directly to the shipping provider.

By participating in a Stanton?s Auctioneers sale?whether in person, absentee, telephone, or online?bidders acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

CONDITION OF ITEMS
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.
Descriptions, photographs, and condition reports are provided as a courtesy and represent the opinion of Stanton?s Auctioneers. They should not be considered guarantees of authenticity, condition, age, completeness, or functionality.
Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Additional photographs or condition reports may be requested; however, such information is provided only as a courtesy to assist bidders in making their own evaluations and should not be considered a guarantee of condition.

Requests must be received at least 48 hours prior to the auction.
The auctioneer and consignor are not responsible for errors or omissions in catalogs, online listings, advertisements, website postings, social media, or verbal statements.
All sales are final.

BUYER?S PREMIUM
The following buyer?s premiums apply:
Online bidders (LiveAuctioneers): 23% Buyers Premium
In-person bidders: 15% Buyers Premium
Absentee and phone bidders: 15% Buyers Premium
A 3.94% processing fee will be added to all onsite credit card payments.
Applicable sales tax will be charged where required by law unless a valid resale certificate is provided.

BIDDER REGISTRATION
In-person bidders must register prior to bidding and provide a valid driver?s license or government-issued ID.
Online bidders must register through Live Auctioneers at least 24 hours prior to the auction, and registration is subject to approval by Stanton?s Auctioneers.
By registering, bidders acknowledge acceptance of all auction terms and conditions.

BIDDING TERMS
All bidders agree to pay for any lots for which they are the successful bidder.
Auction estimates represent Stanton?s Auctioneers? opinion of value but are not guarantees of selling price.
If identical absentee bids are received, the first bid received will take precedence.
Stanton?s Auctioneers reserves the right to:
? Withdraw any lot prior to sale
? Reject any bid
? Resolve bidding disputes
The auctioneer has final discretion in determining the successful bidder and resolving disputes.
Auction records maintained by Stanton?s Auctioneers shall be considered final and conclusive.
Upon the fall of the Auctioneer?s hammer, the successful bidder assumes full responsibility for the lot and agrees to complete the transaction with full payment.
PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices will be emailed to successful bidders through Live Auctioneers and to absentee bidders following the auction. Any unpaid Live Auctioneers invoices will be automatically charged to the credit card on file within 72 hours after the auction concludes and will be subject to Live Auctioneers credit card processing fees.
All invoices must be paid within five (5) calendar days of the auction date. Stanton?s Auctioneers reserves the right to hold merchandise until full payment has been received and cleared. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.
INVOICES TOTALING $5,000 OR MORE MUST BE PAID BY WIRE TRANSFER, CASH, OR CASHIER?S CHECK.
Checks should be made payable to Stanton?s Auctioneers and mailed to:

All mailed payments must be received within seven (5) days following the auction.

SALES TAX
Applicable prevailing sales tax will be charged to all online buyers unless the purchase qualifies for resale.
Buyers claiming resale status must provide Live Auctioneers and Stanton?s Auctioneers with a valid and current Sales Tax Exemption Certificate at the time of registration.
Live Auctioneers will require the sales tax number on record, or they will charge the sale.
If a certificate is not provided at registration, sales tax will be charged.
Michigan sales tax is not charged to in-state bidders on the sale of gold and silver bullion and certain investment materials, where permitted under Michigan law.

NON-PAYING BIDDERS
All bids placed are legally binding. Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the sale and resale of the property.
The original bidder may be held responsible for any deficiency between the original purchase price and the resale price, as well as any additional costs incurred.
Stanton?s Auctioneers reserves the right to suspend or revoke the bidding privileges of any bidder who fails to complete payment.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS
By participating in this auction, bidders agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks or payment disputes for any reason related to the condition, authenticity, or description of purchased items.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and all sales are final. Any concerns regarding purchases must be addressed directly with Stanton?s Auctioneers.

RISK OF LOSS / SHIPPING LIABILITY
Title to all property transfers to the successful bidder upon the fall of the auctioneer?s hammer. At that time, the buyer assumes full responsibility and risk of loss.
Once items are released to the buyer, the buyer?s agent, or a third-party shipping company, Stanton?s Auctioneers is no longer responsible for loss, damage, or delays during shipping.
All packing, handling, and shipping services are performed by third-party providers and are contracted directly between the buyer and the shipper.
Any claims for shipping damage or loss must be filed directly with the shipping company.
Stanton?s Auctioneers shall not be responsible for items damaged during shipment or for the actions of any third-party shipping company.

Post-sale pickup will be available:
Monday, April 27th and Tuesday April 28th

Buyers must notify Stanton?s Auctioneers within 24 hours following the auction if they intend to pick up their items or arrange shipping.
If no arrangements are made within that timeframe, items will be transferred to our preferred shipper.

STORAGE & ABANDONED ITEMS
Unless prior arrangements have been made, item(s) not removed within fourteen (14) days may be subject to $5.00 per day storage fee.
Items not removed within thirty (30) days following the auction will be considered abandoned and may become the property of Stanton?s Auctioneers or may be resold without further notice.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Stanton?s Auctioneers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
