Terms & Conditions
*NO EARLY SALES
*No refunds, all items sold as is. All sales are final. Large items sold must be removed from property during the hours of the sale.
*If you buy it.....YOU load it into your vehicle. No exceptions. If we are not too busy we may be able to help you get your furniture purchase outside or to your vehicle.
*Any announcements made the day of the sale have precedence over any prior written ads.
*We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover with 10.00 or more purchase, Checks with proper ID (there is a 40.00 returned check fee), and Cash.
*The sign up sheet is put out by 5:00 PM the evening before the first day of the sale. It may be necessary to pass out numbers at the beginning of the half price portion of the sale. That will be determined by C & B personnel at that time.
*Numbers will be passed out at 8:30 am on the first day of the sale. If you are not there when we call your name, we will move on to the next person and you will go to the end of the list
*Because we use our phones to take credit cards during sale hours, we will not be answering our phones.
*Please remember we close at Noon on Saturday and reopen at 12:30 in preparation for the half price portion of the sale. This is done during 2 say sales only.
*The sign up sheet for numbers will be out by 5PM the day before the sale. We call numbers at 8:30 AM if you are not there when your name is called we will by pass you and you will have to wait for the next available number.

House and property is for sale.
Come prepared to spend some time and dig
Wear full shoes or boots
IF YOU BUY IT, YOU NEED TO REMOVE IT
BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE
There will be a port-o-pot on site.
Parking on the property, please park where parking is provided
