There is a $10.00 admission fee per person per day over age 12 to enter the home. Limit 2 children per adult. Children must stay w/adult.

There is no admission fee to enter the extremely large garage where all the hardware, tools and machinery required to maintain the home are housed. (The Boiler room and mechanical areas will NOT be available throughout the sale). If you purchase large items, we can arrange for them to be picked up during the week.

All attached fixtures, hardware, stain glass windows, arcitectural carvings attached to house are not for sale... ( of course unless you purchase the home)
