Cash and Check with ID only.Everything sold as is where is. All Sales are final. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGER ITEMS. We are not responsible for loss or accidents while on premises. A sign up sheet will be available at the street at approximately 7pm the evening prior to the Sale.You do not need to remain on site once you’ve signed up. However, if you aren’t there when numbers are handed out you will lose your spot. Numbers handed out at 8:30am.
Street parking only. Please be respectful of the neighborhood in regard to parking.
