Following are some guidelines to help the sale run smoothly for everyone.

*Please line up at the front door.
We will pass out the numbers at 8:30. The door will open at 9:00 AM.
The first 20 people will be let and we will monitor when more people will be allowed to enter. Thank you for your patience.
*The sale is on the main floor and in the garage.
*Cash Only (please pay and exit at the front door)
*Check electronics before you purchase.
*We will provide a SOLD sticker for large items if needed.
* EVERYTHING WILL BE HALF OFF ON SATURDAY!!!! Excluding Tonka
* All items must be removed by the end of the sale. Saturday, November 12 at 3:00.
* We do not respond to price inquiries prior to the sale.
* All sales final. All items sold as is, where is.
* No pre-sales.
* You are entering the sale at your own risk -- the homeowners are not responsible for accidents.
