-Bathrooms are NOT available for public use
-We may only ALLOW so many people in the sale at one time. This will allow for a more pleasurable shopping experience and traffic flow.
-Cash or Credit Card Only.
-All sales are final. All items are sold AS-IS with no guarantee, written, expressed, or implied.
-No presales
-We do not load out purchases. Bring help and your own tools to disassemble and to load your large items.
-ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE END OF THE SALE, and WE DO NOT ASSIST OR MOVE ANY ITEMS. Bring your own moving men, transportation and equipment.
-All items sold must be paid for immediately.
-Notifications given on the days of the sale take precedence over any prior written information.
-A sign-up sheet or numbers "may' be handed out approx 30 Minutes before the start of the sale. By an Addison ES Associate. We are not responsible for sign-up sheets or any other placeholding method but will honor those if there are no complaints or disagreements.
