Entry to a large Pole Barn will begin at 8:30 am. Almost all of the contents from the house have been moved to the pole barn. Expect only a limited amount of large items that will remain in the house. For example a Grand Piano and some large excercise equipment.

Description & Details

Just listed. Nestled back off the road you will note a beautiful upscale house along with a huge pole barn and a horse barn. The sale will be held in the pole barn. Some items remain in the house for staging purposes. Pictures will be available. Lots of parking available on the property premises.

The owners both had professional careers. The husband being a Grand Valley professor and the wife being a lawyer. You will find many items related to their professions, world travels and their at home interests. For example we are displaying horse and dog related items. Many art pieces and large selections of music. Lots of electronics and exercise equipment. You will also find a massive amount of high quality name brand clothes, shoes, boots, purses. Some jewelry. Huge amount of books. Also a large amount of household items.
 

The following list represent some of the name brands on clothes. In general, the clothes are in like new condition.  Most women's sizes are 12/14, large. Men's are large & extra large tall. Pants are 38/40 length 30.
