Terms & Conditions

Numbers will be issued the first morning of the sale by 9:00 am to those waiting in line. I will honor one sign-up sheet.
Everything sold on a first-come, first-served basis. All Sales Final. Everything is sold "AS IS", and "WHERE IS". So, bring muscle to remove heavy objects (we cannot help). Appliance removal must be done with an appliance dolly (you must provide). Items are to be removed during regular sale hours, unless special arrangements are made. We are not responsible for accidents.
Payment options include cash, good check (with ID), and major credit cards. There is no surcharge for using a credit card.
Please note that we will be closed from 2:00 - 2:30 on Thursday.
NO EARLY SALES. Everything sold first-come, first-served starting on Wednesday.

Antique & Collectible Furniture:  George Nelson for Herman Miller Desk.  This desk was a gift from the Herman Miller executive, Hugh DePree, to Jay VanderMeulen (VanderMeulen Builders) who had built Mr. DePree’s home.  Victorian Walnut: Marble top parlor tables, Marble top commodes & stands, Drop leaf dining table, Medallion back sofa, Parlor chairs,  Oak cabinet sewing machine, Platform rocker, Child’s ice cream set, Several piano and organ stools, Spinning wheel, Cedar chest, Cast iron urns, More.

 

Antique Lighting:  Two hanging cranberry glass hall lamps, Two 14” diam. hanging parlor lamps with prisms, Pair Bradley & Hubbard ornate brass bracket lamps (electrified), Gas ceiling and wall lamps, Ornate Solar kerosene lamp, GWTW and other lamps, 2 Stained glass boudoir panel lamps (one with damaged panel), Dresser lamps, Railroad lanterns, Miniature oil lamps (some newer).
