Cash and Check with ID only.Everything sold as is where is. All Sales are final. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD LARGER ITEMS. All items must be removed by the end of the third day unless other arrangements are made. We are not responsible for loss or accidents while on premises.
Official sign up sheet will be available after 7pm the day before the sale. Only this list will be honored. Numbers will handed out at 8:45am with entrance to the garage. Entry to the house will begin at 9am per your number. YOU MUST BE PRESENT AT 8:45 TO RECEIVE YOUR NUMBER. If you aren’t present you will loose your spot.
