Sign up sheet goes out at 5:00 pm the night before the sale.  You must be present at 5:00 pm when our sign up sheet goes out for your number to be valid.  Street numbers or lists generated before 5:00 pm will not be accepted, and will result in your name being removed.

PLEASE BRING HELP to load furniture and larger items.  

We have a 2nd very nice sale coming up at a condo in Holt this same weekend.  The 2 sales are just across Holt Rd from each other. 

ITEMS TO INCLUDE:

Furniture:  Nice clean furniture in great shape.  Kitchen table and chairs, pecan bedroom set, bunk beds, end tables, bakers racks, sofa tables, sofas, chairs, lamps, Drexel china cabinet, 2 sleep number beds - one is adjustable (and warms), Berne sofa and chairs,  Ethan Allen sofas and chair with ottoman

Clothing
