Buyer is responsible for removing the item(s) purchased by 4pm on the day of the sale, We do not provide movers or transport for any items so please have your own help and truck/van/trailer to get the item(s) from the sale location to wherever you are taking it. We CANNOT hold or store the item for you.

Our Client is moving out of state and everything must go! This will be a ONE DAY SALE!
She is an elementary school teacher so there are many teaching supplies and books.
The house is Cute, Clean, and Cozy. It is full of Michigan State memorabilia, and all kinds of things that she is not moving to her new place.

We take both cash and credit/debit cards with no additional charges.
We cannot “hold” items or help you to load your vehicle.
We start at 9am sharp and are there until 4pm.
