Courser Family Farm Liquidation

The Courser Family have sold their farm in Howell, MI, and has decided to contract with Xyz Auction Service to sell their farm equipment and sporting goods on a **NO RESERVE** online auction.  A line of well-maintained equipment, serviced by a dealer and has been stored indoors.

Live online bidding will begin at 7 am on August 8th and lots will begin to close at 7 pm on Thursday, August 11th. Thank you for your interest! 

Buyer's Premium is 10% for cash and certified checks or 13% for credit cards. 

Inspection dates are Saturday, August 6th from 1 pm-3 pm and Tuesday, August 9th from 9 am-11 am. 

Load-out dates are Friday, August 12th from 6 pm-8 pm, and Saturday, August 13th, 1 pm-4 pm. Please contact us prior to bidding if you are unable to make the load-out dates and times.
