If you are purchasing something large, please make sure to bring a hand to help with loading. All pictured items are subject to availability, sometimes the family does decide to keep items! All sales are final - No refunds or exchanges. You are entering the sale at your own risk. No guarantees or warranties implied. Please, no large hand bags or containers can be brought into sale.

We will have a sign up sheet posted late the night before on the building. We do not accept street numbers and will be going off of the posted sign in sheet for first in's and line at door after that will be let in. Depending upon crowd we will let in 25 at first and additional 15. Please note that we do not give prices beforehand however can give sizes, measurements on furniture if need be.

This is the third of potential four/five sales we will be having for the owner of this collection. There is stuff here for everyone and all ages. The last storage unit emptied into the building had 20+ steamer trunks of all sorts and sizes, packed full of collectibles. Lots of furniture has been brought in from the units including some really nice mid century modern stuff, ie a Widdicomb Dresser and Nightstand with mirror, two leather high back knoll style egg chairs, Lucite & Chrome set of four chairs with fur covers. There are little thousands of items to purchase and in addition meaning tag! So if there is something you're interested in and it doesn't have a price, please bring up and we will gladly give you a good deal!
