Excellent Hudsonville, Georgetown Shores Estate Sale

June 22nd & 23rd 9-5 & June 24th 9-3

There are lots of treasures at this sale!!

When you come in the front door, you will be in the Foyer, where you will find a Ladies Accessory table where you will find a Ladies Accessory table with vanity boxes, vintage handbags, beaded purse, vanity cases, a Bakelite dresser set, hair combs and awesome Vintage Costume Jewelry and the Vintage Costume Jewelry! Somewhere in this area or the Living room is a very cool antique church pew!

The foyer opens up into the Living Room. There are literally 100’s of vintage 78 records in both 10” & 12” (many really good classical music!), a Sony real to real, Sony speakers, Bose speakers on stands, a number of sets of very vintage Encyclopedias, including a rare set of The American Cyclopedias including revisions, but it is missing two volumes. The china and glass table is also located in this room with McCoy pottery, Vaseline glass, a flower frog that fits into an Amethyst glass footed bowl, a gorgeous Oriental vase, Milk glass, Silver plate, a Wall pocket, Crystal and more!  There is a neat old tea cart with an antique Dutch Silver-plate tea set, and an antique coffee urn with a tray, creamer & sugar.

Down  the other hall is the Office, where we have wall art, antique pictures, two vintage stained glass leaded windows, and mirrors.

The Kitchen and Dining Room are right off the living room. In the dining room is a lovely Dining room table and six chairs (that need to be recovered) as well as a beautiful two piece china cabinet, and an Antique Settee! The kitchen has three very nice iron bar stools, a large amount of usable kitchenware, including enamel roasters and pans, pots and pans, utensils, bake-ware, silverware, a Cuisinart 5-n-1 griddle, a deep fryer, Pyrex and more!

Off the dining room is the enclosed Porch with a nice wicker rocker, small wicker table, wicker chair and ottoman, a French provincial style marble top table, and an antique cast iron marble top plant stand!

Down the hall off the living room is a Bedroom with a beautiful antique Rocker, and some odds and ends.

To the Left off the hallway is the Garage.  There is an  old floor style tube radio, an awesome 0rnate cast iron plant stand, antique trunks, antique letter boxes, antique chairs, bottle jacks, snow blower, Craftsman lawn mower, and more!

Down the stairs off the living room is the Lower Level. The first room you come to will be the Family Room. There is a ton of stuff down here like a vintage tabletop Coca-cola machine, Coca-cola ceramic mugs, and other Coke collectibles, an Old Milwaukee Genuine draft beer sign, three chrome and red top stools, toys and games, an early Nintendo entertainment, and controllers, with games like Super Mario, Pac Man(I believe there are Atari games, and Playstation games also), a lit Play Station store sign, vases and glassware, and an entire section of vintage baby items!  There is a child’s wicker rocker that converts into a high chair, a wicker high chair that converts into a stroller, a vintage baby buggy, a wicker layette table that opens a wicker bassinet on wheels, vintage sheet music, Black Americana song books, an African stone statue, and as always MORE!

There are two Bedrooms down the hall. The first Bedroom has a very nice selection of Christmas items, including some vintage Christmas Items!  The second Bedroom has household linens a pair of little wicker ice cream parlor style chairs, and wicker top plant stand, a retro PINK Unitech AM/FM radio cassette player, and a lovely Jewelry stand.

Off the family room is the first Huge Storeroom. This is where he kept his library, and there are tons of tons of books, (many vintage books)! Also there are a lot of Lionel train tracks, and some 1939-1940 cars, engine, coal car and transformers. This room has a lot of hardware, paint, some fishing reels, and lures, a few small hand tools also!

The second Storeroom is off the first one. There is an oak desk, and burled oak swivel desk chair, (that needs some TLC), a great pair of waders, oars, can seat bentwood chairs, and more!

Also off the large storeroom is the underground “Garage” and it too is packed full There is a large work table, magazines, Horse harnesses, other horse tack,  life jackets, a radio flyer, an electric Poulan chain saw, rocking chairs, a toboggan, vintage hand tools, fish nets, minnow bucket, trunks, antique chairs, park benches, vintage hand tools, fish nets, minnow bucket, trunks, and way more and way more.
